Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX: MHJ) today announced the appointment of Jacquie Naylor as a
Non-Executive Director.

Chair, Emma Hill said: “Jacquie Naylor is a highly regarded Australian retail leader and we are delighted to welcome her
to the Michael Hill Board. Jacquie has over thirty years’ experience in retail, fashion and eCommerce. Her experience
driving retail performance, organisational renewal and strategy development, will be a valuable and complimentary
addition to the board.”

Ms Naylor has extensive board and executive experience in both ASX listed and privately held companies. She is
currently a board member of Myer and Cambridge Clothing and was previously a director of PAS Group, Macpac, and
the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival. This follows an extensive career as a retail executive (and later an
Executive Director) at the Just Group, where Jacquie oversaw merchandising, marketing and brand strategies across a
portfolio of 800 stores.

Janine Allis has notified the Company of her intention to step down from the Board at the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
Ms Hill said: “We thank Janine for her contribution to Michael Hill over the past four years. Janine’s entrepreneurial and
commercial acumen has brought valuable insights and judgement to the company. We wish her all the very best for
her future endeavours.”
