Jackie Robertson Cheyne appointed
to Board as of 1 August 2020
Lower Hutt, New Zealand - 20 July 2020
PaySauce Ltd (NZX:PYS) Director Mandy Simpson has notified the Company of
her intention to retire from the PaySauce Board at the Annual Shareholders’
Meeting (ASM) on 18 September 2020. Given the time commitments of her
executive role, Mandy has decided not to seek re-election.
PaySauce Chair Nick Lewis said, “We thank Mandy for her sound judgement and
support for PaySauce, both as an Independent Director and Chair of the Finance
Audit and Risk Committee. Mandy has been an invaluable voice on our board as
we transitioned PaySauce to a listed company on the NZX. We wish Mandy all
the best in her future endeavours.”
The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Jacqueline Robertson
Cheyne to join the PaySauce Board as an Independent Director. The
appointment will be effective 1 August 2020 to ensure a smooth transition
between directors, and will be subject to shareholder vote at the ASM.
Jacqueline has 25 years of experience in financial audit and advisory services
including 11 years as a partner at Deloitte and has extensive experience in driving
better Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability practices across New Zealand,
which will further complement the skillset of the existing Board.
