Truscreen Director Nominations Closing Date

Truscreen Limited (NZX: TRU) advises that the closing date for director nominations is 5pm on
Friday, 31 July 2020.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting
which will be held on 3 September 2020. The nomination must be accompanied by the consent, in
writing, of the person nominated and should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee.
