NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Downer EDI Limited (“DOW”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at 10:25am
this morning.
DOW has sought the trading halt while the institutional element of an Accelerated Non-
Renounceable Rights Offer (“ANREO”) is undertaken.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• The release of an announcement relating to the outcome of the institutional component of the
ANREO; or
• Market open on Wednesday, 22 July 2020.
