) wishes to clarify an issue identified with the Net Tangible Asset
(
NTA
) figure provided by Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (
BGI
) in the Results Announcement
released to market on 25 June 2020. In that Results Announcement, BGI incorrectly stated NTA
per Quoted Equity Security of $0.15. The correct NTA figure for BGI for the relevant Results
Announcement is $0.0015 per share. This has now been updated in NZX systems.
