FY20 FULL YEAR RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT - 3 SEPTEMBER 2020

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (“SkyCity”) intends to release its financial result for
the 12 -month period to 30 June 2020 on Thursday 3 September 2020, in reliance on a class
waiver issued by NZX Regulation dated 3 April 2020 extending the deadline for release of an
issuer’s full year result announcement (with a balance date of 30 June 2020) to 28
September 2020.

SkyCity intends to release its annual report for the 12-month period to 30 June 2020 on the
same date.

SkyCity will host a teleconference call for equity analysts, institutional investors and fund
managers at 12pm noon NZ time (10am Australian Eastern time) on 3 September 2020,
where Graeme Stephens, Chief Executive Officer, and Rob Hamilton, Chief Financial Officer,
will present the key information of the result and provide an overview of the status of
SkyCity’s major projects in Auckland and Adelaide and other key strategic initiatives.
Following the presentation there will be a brief opportunity for Q&A.

A replay of the teleconference call will be made available and shall be posted on the SkyCity
corporate website (link: https://www.skycityentertainmentgroup.com/
) in addition to being
accessible via Intrado, our communications provider, later in the day. A transcript of the call
will also be made available upon request.
