In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, Michael Hill International Limited (MHJ) advises that Richard Amos has resigned
from the role of Company Secretary, having completed a substantial refresh and renewal of the governance and legal
functions at the Company over the last two years.
Emily Bird has been appointed to the role of Company Secretary. Ms Bird will share company secretary duties with
Andrew Lowe, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary. Ms Bird has broad legal experience with in-house roles at
Lactalis Australia (formerly Parmalat Australia) and Virgin Blue (now Virgin Australia), as well as top-tier law firm Clayton
Utz. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Graduate Diploma in Applied
Corporate Governance.
