GMT First Quarter Distribution

Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the first quarter distribution for the year
ending 31 March 2021.
The record date for the distribution is 3 September 2020 with payment to be made on 17
September 2020. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of $0.01325000 per unit with
an additional $0.00223479 per unit in imputation credits.
