Rakon Limited (RAK) 2020 Annual Meeting Voting Results


The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Rakon Limited was held on Friday 7 August 2020 at

2.00pm in the Guineas 1 Room, Ellerslie Event Centre, 80 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland,

New Zealand.


All resolutions were decided by poll and were passed. The numbers and percentages of votes

of shareholders entitled to vote and voting on each ordinary resolution, in person or by proxy,

were as follows:

1. Lorraine Mary Witten re-election as a Director of Rakon Limited.


For: 108,621,092 86.62% Against: 16,771,486 13.38% Abstain: 60,173



2. Keith William Oliver re-election as a Director of Rakon Limited.


For: 108,542,722 86.56% Against: 16,846,856 13.44% Abstain: 63,173



3. Yin Tang Tseng re-election as a Director of Rakon Limited.


For: 108,569,464 86.58% Against: 16,823,114 13.42% Abstain: 60,173



4. Directors authorisation to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the following year.

For: 110,261,736 87.89% Against: 15,191,015 12.11% Abstain: 0


The Board has determined that Directors Mr Keith Oliver and Ms Lorraine Witten (who stood

for re-election at the meeting) and Mr Bruce Irvine and Mr Keith Watson are Independent

Directors. The Board’s criteria for determining independence is consistent with the NZX

Listing Rules.
