3.5.1 in relation to financial reporting timeframes.
ENS advises that it expects to release it’s preliminary unaudted Results Announcement for the year ended 30
June 2020 on or about 15

September 2020.
ENS also intends to rely on the class waiver in respect of the annual report. The Company expects to release its
FY20 Annual Report no later than 30 November 2020.
