Kiwi Property appoints new CFO



Kiwi Property has today announced the appointment of Gavin Parker as Chief Financial

Officer, effective immediately.

Gavin brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held a number of

executive positions at the Company, including most recently, GM Funds Management and

Capital Markets and before that, Chief Operating Officer. His career spans more than 25

years in property investment, funds management, capital management and investor

relations.

Kiwi Property CEO, Clive Mackenzie, said:

“Gavin has been instrumental to Kiwi Property’s progress and is well known to the market. His

commercial acumen and understanding of our business will enable him to add immediate

value leading our finance, analytics and legal teams. Gavin’s experience and sector

knowledge will be invaluable, especially during this time of COVID-19 related disruption.”

Recruitment for a new GM Funds Management is now underway. An announcement

regarding the successful candidate will be made in due course.
