Notification of Time, Date and Venue of AGM  

and Closing Date for Director Nominations 

 

Sky Network Television Limited advises that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 

Tuesday 13 October 2020 at 10.30am. 

 

Subject to COVID‐19 restrictions, the meeting will be held 

at Grid AKL, 12 Madden Street, Auckland.  

Webcast access will be available for shareholders who are unable to attend in person, and details will be 

provided in the Notice of Meeting. 

 

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, Sky Network Television Limited advises 

that 

the closing date for director nominations is 3 September 2020. Nominations may only be made by a 

shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and should be submitted by email 

to Sophie Moloney (Chief Commercial Officer and Company Secretary) or by courier to Sky Network 

Television Limited’s

 registered address.
