For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3, Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL) advises that in
respect of its Annual Meeting for the 2020 year scheduled to be held at 10:30am 22 October
2020 as an online meeting with details to be provided when the Company provides the
Notice of Meeting to shareholders, that the closing date for Director nominations is 14
September 2020.
Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by the nominated person.
