ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED
(ASX, NZSX: NTL, NTLOA)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Board Changes
New Talisman Gold Mines announced today that Mr Tony Haworth has tendered his
resignation from the New Talisman Gold Mines board after 4 years of service to focus on other
responsibilities.
The NTL Board have accepted Mr Haworth’s retirement from the board with effect of 1
September 2020.
The Board thanks Mr Haworth for his outstanding service since August 2016.
Charbel Nader stated: “Tony has had a long association with the company and been an
important contributor to the company’s progress. In particular as Chair of the audit and
finance committee of the board where his leadership and expertise was much appreciated.
I would like to wish Tony the very best for the future.”
In line with the review previously announced by the company, a replacement will be
announced in due course.
