General Capital announces adjourned Annual Meeting date
Further to the announcement dated 26 August 2020, General Capital Limited was unable to reach a
quorum at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 28 August 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Accordingly, the Board have determined to adjourn the meeting to 2:00pm, Thursday, 24 September
2020 at Commodore’s Room, Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, 181 Westhaven Drive, Westhaven
Marina, Auckland 1011.
All proxies will remain in effect for the adjourned meeting.
