PLP – Continued demand and increased frequency of issue
PLP – Continued Demand and Increased Frequency of Issue of PLP Units
Booster is pleased to advise that on-market buyer interest in PLP units is continuing to grow, and
continues to exceed the units generally available for sale through the NZX Main Board.
Additionally, there has been increasing levels of applications to Booster (as Manager) for new PLP units,
which traditionally have been issued to investors at the end of each calendar month.
Going forwards, Booster will look to issue new PLP units at additional times during the month in response
to subscriber demand, where the aggregate demand exceeds 100,000 units. Redemption requests to the
Manager will continue to be processed monthly. Issues or redemptions of units will continue to be
subject to ensuring that this action remains in the best interests of all investors in the Fund.
Effective 11 September 2020, Booster will issue new units to all pending subscribers. Booster Financial
Services Limited (the parent company of the Manager) has confirmed it will purchase approximately
100,000 units from the Fund and will offer these units on the NZX Main Board at the Fund’s net asset
value. These units will be available on Tuesday 15 September 2020 on completion of the 2-day
settlement process.
