Moa Group Virtual Annual Shareholders Meeting

Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) (“Moa”, “the Group”), New Zealand’s own brewing and hospitality company,
today confirms its upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held virtually due to the uncertain COVID-19
situation.
Moa issued a Notice of Meeting on 26 August 2020 in relation to its Annual Meeting. Moa confirms that
shareholders will now only be able to participate online.
To participate at the meeting online use the following link to Moa’s share registrar’s virtual meeting platform:
https://www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/moa20

Shareholders attending and participating in the meeting virtually via the online platform will be able to vote
and ask questions during the meeting. If you will be participating online you will require your shareholder
number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes.
