Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Directors’ Nominations
New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
on 3 November 2020. The Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in October will confirm time and
other details for the meeting. The meeting will be held on-line given the current COVID-19 situation.

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is 30 September 2020. All
nominations must be received by 5pm on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder
entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
