ArborGen Holdings Vests Restricted Shares Under
the 2018 and 2019 Non-Executive Director’s Share Plans


21 September 2020 – In accordance with a provisions of both the 2018 and 2019 Non-
Executive Director’s Share Plans, approved by shareholders on 17 September 2018 and 17
September 2019 respectively, the following shares have vested - 185,117 shares vested to
each of the three Directors (Tom Avery, Ozey Horton and Paul Smart) under the 2018 share
plan and 273,666 vested to George Adams under the 2019 share plan.
