EXECUTIVE CHANGES
Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) advises of the pending departure of its Chief Financial Officer,
Greg Smith.
The departure arises from S&T’s plans to relocate the CFO role to be with the rest of the Executive
function and business operations based in Auckland, and follows the closure of the Wellington head
office and transitioning of the corporate finance function to Auckland.
Mark Malpass, CEO of Steel & Tube said “Greg has been an outstanding CFO, instrumental in
strengthening the Company’s balance sheet, guiding the organisation through legacy issues and
positioning the Company well for the future. Greg will remain with S&T until early 2021, during which
time he will assist in an orderly handover and transition, as well as oversight of the FY21 half year
results. On behalf of the Company we thank Greg for his significant contributions and wish him all the
best.”
Recruitment will commence immediately for a replacement.
