Results of 2020 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
At Air New Zealand’s shareholder meeting, held virtually on Tuesday, 29 September
2020, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by
the Board of Directors.
Voting on the resolutions was by way of poll and all four resolutions were approved by
shareholders.
