Repayment of COVID-19 wage subsidy

Napier Port repays COVID-19 wage subsidy
Napier Port(NZX.NPH)notes that it has today repaid all of the government COVID-19 wage
subsidy, in the amount of $2.04 million.
The pro forma Net Profit After Tax earnings guidance, provided in August for the financial
year ending 30 September 2020, excluded the wage subsidy receipt and therefore is not
updated by this announcement.
