FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2020

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 5.42p per
ordinary share (2019: 5.35p) in respect of the year ending 31 October 2020 payable on 30
November 2020 to shareholders registered on 23 October 2020. The Company's shares go
ex-dividend on 22 October 2020.
