On 2nd October, Asset Plus Limited confirmed the issuance of additional ordinary shares under
the retail component of the accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer announced on 10
September 2020. Whilst ACC participated in the Institutional offer, ACC did not receive shares
under the retail element of the offer.
ACC has not had any on-market transactions since the last filing on 17
th
September 2020.
Following the issuance of new shares under the retail element of the Asset Plus entitlement
offer, the total shares on issue increased and so ACC’s % holding subsequently decreased as
detailed above.
