to market under Serko Limited’s (“SKO”) ticker at 4:05pm today, titled ‘SPH Notice - Harbour
Asset Mgmt Ltd & Jarden Securities Ltd’ has been retracted without replacement.
The announcement was retracted as the change in holdings in the announcement was
incorrect, and was not equal to or greater than the 1% needed to require the release of a
Substantial Product Holder Notice.
