Director Malcolm Grimmond not standing for election at the ASM
Malcolm Grimmond has decided not to stand for election at the Freightways’ ASM on 29 October 2020,
citing personal reasons. Mr Grimmond had joined the Board of Freightways on 14 September 2020. The
Board acknowledged Mr Grimmond’s decision and wished him the very best for the future.
