NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on Vital Healthcare Property Trust (“VHP”) securities. The trading halt was placed pre-
market open this morning.
The trading halt has been put in place while VHP undertakes the placement component of a
capital raise.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• An announcement made by the issuer about successful completion of the placement; or
• Market open on Thursday, 8 October 2020.
