NOTIFICATION OF COMPANY NAME CHANGE – AWF MADISON GROUP TO BECOME
ACCORDANT GROUP

AWF Madison Group Limited advises the change in the name of parent company AWF Madison
Group Limited to Accordant Group Limited; effective Monday 19 October 2020. On the same date,
the NZX ticker code will change from AWF to AGL. The ISIN number will remain unchanged at
NZAWFE0001S8.

The Group is proud of its stable of brands, and the role they play throughout New Zealand in
today’s and tomorrow’s workplaces. Over the coming months, Accordant will become more visible
in support of these various brands’ identities.
