The Company announces that it agreed on 9 October 2020 to allot 175,000 Ordinary Shares at
312.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 8 October 2020 was 304.1p.
These shares will be issued for cash on 13 October 2020. As at 13 October 2020 the issued share
and total voting rights will be 141,903,564.
