Restaurant Brands Agreement at Eastgate now unconditional
On 28 August 2020, Asset Plus (NZX:APL) announced the entry into an Agreement to Lease (ATL) with Restaurant
Brands Limited to construct a new building on existing bare land at Eastgate Shopping Centre, Christchurch for
occupation by one of Restaurant Brands’ fast food brands on completion. The ATL was conditional on obtaining
Resource Consent prior to 23 November 2020.
Asset Plus is pleased to confirm the required resource consent has been obtained and the ATL is now unconditional.
