Number issued: 150,693 ordinary shares at NZD 103.78 cents each fully paid

of Securities issued: 0.0094% (of the total number of ordinary shares on issue post
completion of the issue)
Reason for the issue: The shares were issued for those shareholders that participated in
the Dividend Reinvestment Plan in respect of the dividend payable
of 2 cents per share payable on 23 October 2020.
Authority of issue: Director’s Resolution and NZAX Listing Rule 7.11.1.
Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all respects
equally with the shares already on issue.
