Cavalier Corporation Limited (NZX: CAV) advises that its 2020 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be
held at the Barrell Room, Villa Maria Estate, 118 Montgomerie Road, Mangere, Auckland at 2 pm on
Thursday, 17th December 2020.
Cavalier Corporation also advises that the closing date for nominations to the Board of Directors is
Tuesday, 10th November 2020.
