Following the announcement by Marlin Global Limited (“MLN”) on 7 October 2020, NZX
Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the MLN warrants (“MLNWD”) is
Friday, 6 November 2020.
Any MLNWD warrants not exercised by 5pm on Friday, 6 November 2020 will lapse and all
rights in regards to them will expire.
The final day of trading in MLNWD will be Wednesday, 4 November 2020 prior to the warrants
being halted and suspended at close of business.
MLNWD will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 6
November 2020.
