NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that Synlait Milk Limited (“SML”) ordinary shares remain in a
halt, with an announcement expected to be released in relation to a capital raising.
The trading halt was put in place at 2.47pm on Monday, 9 November 2020.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• An announcement made by the issuer regarding the capital raise; or
• Market open on Thursday, 12 November 2020.
