The Directors have agreed that the Company will pay an interim dividend of 5.00 pence per
Ordinary Share in respect of the six-month period to 30 September 2020 and a special dividend
of 10.00 pence per Ordinary Share. The dividends will be payable on 11 January 2021 to
shareholders on the register at close of business on 4 December 2020. The ex-dividend date is
3 December 2020.
