Change of Balance Date
Promisia Integrative Limited (NZX: PIL) (PIL) wishes to advise the market that the Board has resolved
to change the balance date of PIL to 31 March. The Inland Revenue Department has approved this
change.
Given the balance date change, PIL will now report financial results to the market as follows:
• Prior to Christmas PIL will release audited interim financial statements for the period ending 30
October 2020, together with a results announcement.
• In May 2021 PIL will release to market full year audited financial statements for the year ending
31 March 2021.
