At 9.14am on Tuesday, 2 December, NZX released an announcement advising that a trading
halt had been placed on Oceania Healthcare Limited (“OCA010”) Bonds, pending confirmation
of operational matters relating to that bond.

NZX wishes to confirm as a matter of record, that the operational matters referred to as being
subject to confirmation, related to the set up of the OCA010 instrument by NZX in NZX’s
systems. Neither the halt, nor the confirmation process undertaken by NZX, related to
operational matters in respect of Oceania Healthcare Limited’s business.

As per the announcement at 2.12pm on the same day, the set up issue was resolved and the
OCA010s resumed trading at 2.25pm on Tuesday 2 December.
