AFT determination of Anita Baldauf independence
As announced on 4 November 2020, AFT Pharmaceuticals (NZX; AFT, ASX; AFP)
appointed Anita Baldauf as a non-executive director. In accordance with NZX Listing
Rule 2.6.1, the Board has determined that she is an Independent Director (within the
meaning of the NZX Listing Rules).
