Allied Farmers Limited (“ALF”) Ordinary Shares.
ALF has requested the trading pending an announcement regarding the NZ Rural Land
Company IPO.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
1) an announcement regarding the NZ Rural Land Company IPO; or
2) market open Thursday, 17 December 2020
