NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on
Synlait Milk Limited (“SML”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at 3:28pm.
The trading halt has been put in place while SML considers a recent announcement that The a2
Milk Company Limited (“ATM”) has published to market.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
1) the release of an announcement by SML; or
2) market open Tuesday, 22 December 2020.
