Booster Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce that Melanie Templeton has been
appointed as a new independent, non-executive Director of Booster Investment Management
Limited, the manager of the Private Land and Property Fund. Mel’s appointment is effective 1
February 2021.

Mel has a Bachelor of Business Information, majoring in Marketing and Communications and has a
strong background in governance, risk and assurance and regulatory compliance. Mel also brings to
Booster her significant experience in financial services, specifically around fintech and retail banking.

Booster Investment Management Limited is pleased to welcome Mel to its board of directors and
