In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market
of the following:
As at 31 January 2021, The Bankers Investment Trust PLC’s capital consisted of
130,132,783 ordinary shares of 25p with voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote
for every £1 in nominal value (ie four shares are required for one vote).
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is
32,533,195 (one vote for every 4 shares held).
The above figure (32,533,195) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the voting rights of The Bankers Investment Trust PLC under the
FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
