The Company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 25
May 2021 as a virtual meeting. The exact time of the meeting will be confirmed in the Notice of
Meeting which will be sent to shareholders at the end of April 2021.
The period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations
being 16 April 2021. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and
must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be
accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
