Resource Consent granted for 35 Graham Street, Auckland


Asset Plus is pleased to confirm that it has now received resource consent for the preferred office development at

35 Graham Street, Auckland CBD.


Resource Consent has been granted for the addition of 3 new levels on the existing office building, taking the

building from approximately 12,900 sqm of GFA to 25,800 sqm of GFA. The 35 Graham Street development

provides an exciting opportunity for Asset Plus to present an internationally designed office space by renowned

architects Woods Bagot with large floor plates and expansive views of the Viaduct and Waitemata Harbour to the

market.


No decision on proceeding with the development has been made at this time. Asset Plus will continue

conversations with select anchor tenants looking to explore the future of workplace in a premier location and a

premium development.
