Heartland Group Holdings Chief Risk Officer resignation

Heartland Group Holdings Limited (HGH) advises that its Group Chief Risk Officer, Grant Kemble, has
resigned to pursue other opportunities. Grant’s resignation is effective 31 March 2021.

There is no change to the Heartland Bank Chief Risk Officer as Michael Drumm continues in this role.
