Interim results announcement date and webcast details

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) expects to release its results for the 6 months ended 31 December
2020 pre-market opening on Thursday, 25 February 2021.
A conference call is scheduled for 11:30am (NZDT) on Thursday, 25 February 2021. Participants are
encouraged to pre-register for the event to avoid delays. Presentation slides and audio can be viewed by
