DOWNER COMPLETES SALE OF DOWNER BLASTING SERVICES

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today it had completed the sale of Downer Blasting
Services to Enaex S.A. a subsidiary of Sigdo Koppers Group.

As announced on 18 November 2020, the sale price represents an enterprise value of $62 million.
