FINAL DIVIDEND FOR 2020



Two quarterly dividends of 2.90 pence per share were paid in August 2020 and November 2020 and
a third interim dividend payment of 2.90 pence per share was paid in February 2021. The final
dividend is scheduled for payment in May 2021 subject to shareholder approval.

The Directors of the Company have therefore resolved that a final dividend of 3.40 pence per
ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2020 on 13 May 2021 to
shareholders registered at the close of business on 16 April 2021.
