The foreign exchange rate used for Mercury’s FY2021 interim dividend paid to Australian investors in
Australian Dollars (NZD/AUD) has been set to 0.9230. The dividend will be paid on 1 April 2021.

An amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 Notification of Dividend/Distribution to this effect has been released to the ASX.
