Summerset appoints Acting Chief Financial Officer
Summerset announces the appointment of Tania Smith to the role of Acting Chief Financial
Officer from 29 March 2021. Tania is currently Summerset’s Head of Finance.
Summerset has previously announced that existing Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO
Scott Scoullar becomes Chief Executive also from 29 March 2021, after outgoing Chief
Executive Julian Cook announced his retirement from Summerset.
Mr Scoullar said “Tania is our Head of Finance and has a strong skill set and extensive business
experience. We are pleased to appoint Tania to this role while our search for a permanent
replacement concludes”.
